On the CONSTRUKTR login screen, in the mobile app or on the web dashboard, choose 'Forgot Password'. Enter your email address and we'll send you a reset link. If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact support@construktr.ai.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Billing runs through Stripe, so you manage or cancel your plan from the billing area of your account, or email support@construktr.ai and we will take care of it. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Go to Settings, Account, Export Data in the mobile app or on the web dashboard. You can export your jobs, customers, estimates, and invoices as CSV or PDF files. Exported data is emailed to your account email address within a few minutes.

In CONSTRUKTR, build an estimate from the scope of work. The AI smart estimator suggests materials, labor, and a price range based on the items and rates in your own price book. You review and adjust the estimate before sending it to the customer.

Open Settings, Integrations, QuickBooks on the web dashboard. Select 'Connect' and sign in to your Intuit account to link QuickBooks to CONSTRUKTR. You can disconnect at any time from the same settings screen.

CONSTRUKTR runs on two surfaces. The office uses the web dashboard at app.construktr.ai, which works in any modern browser and is available on the Pro and Business plans. The field uses native iOS and Android apps, which are launching soon. Until the apps are in the stores, you can run the office side today from the web dashboard.

Go to Settings, Team, Invite Member in the mobile app or on the web dashboard. Enter the email address of the person you want to add. They will receive an email invitation to join your account on the web dashboard or the mobile app. The number of team members you can add depends on your subscription plan.

Customers can pay via credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Funds are deposited to your bank account, with timing depending on your Stripe payout settings.
