This Privacy Policy describes how Automate AI LLC ("CONSTRUKTR," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use the CONSTRUKTR mobile application ("App") and website at construktr.ai ("Site"). By using our services, you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

CONSTRUKTR collects the following types of data. Each is collected to run the product, not for advertising:

  • Name: your name on your account and profile.
  • Email address: for sign-in, receipts, and account communications.
  • Business phone number: for your company profile and the documents you send to customers.
  • Business address: for your company profile, estimates, and invoices.
  • User ID: an internal account identifier that ties your data to your account.
  • Precise location (while using the app): for job-site geofence clock-in and clock-out, GPS-verified timesheets, and the optional nearby-supplier search. Location is not collected when you are not using these features.
  • Photos: job-site photos, receipts, and document scans you choose to capture or attach.
  • User content: the jobs, estimates, invoices, notes, messages, and signatures you create in the app.
  • Crash data: error and crash reports sent to Sentry so we can fix bugs.
  • Device push token: so we can deliver push notifications for jobs, schedules, and payments.

We do not sell your data. We do not use advertising or tracking SDKs. We do not collect advertising identifiers.

2. Device Permissions We Request

The App asks for these device permissions, and only for the reasons listed:

  • Camera: job-site photos, document scanning, and business card capture.
  • Photo library: attach existing photos to jobs and save generated documents.
  • Location (while using the app): job-site geofence clock-in and clock-out, GPS-verified timesheets, and the optional nearby-supplier search.
  • Contacts (write only): when you tap "Add to Contacts" on a customer, the App saves that customer's card to your device address book. The App never reads or imports your device contacts.
  • Face ID / Touch ID: optional biometric lock for the App. Biometric data never leaves your device; we use the operating system check only.
  • Push notifications: job reminders, schedule alerts, payment notifications, and crew updates.

You may deny any permission; doing so disables only the related feature. You can change permissions at any time in your device settings.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, operate, and improve the CONSTRUKTR app and services
  • Process payments and, when you connect it, sync with QuickBooks
  • Generate AI-powered estimates and document analysis from the photos and text you submit. Photos you submit for analysis are stored with your account so you can review the results later.
  • Verify clock-in and clock-out at job sites and produce GPS-verified timesheets
  • Send push notifications for jobs, schedules, and payments
  • Respond to support requests
  • Detect and prevent fraud and abuse
  • Comply with legal obligations

4. Service Providers We Share Data With

We share data with these providers only so they can do the jobs described below:

  • Stripe: payment processing. Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant. We never store full card numbers.
  • Anthropic: AI processing. Photos and text you submit for AI features are sent to Anthropic's Claude models for analysis. Anthropic does not use this data to train its models.
  • Sentry: crash and error reporting so we can fix bugs.
  • SendGrid: transactional email delivery for invoices, notifications, and account communications.
  • Twilio: SMS and voice delivery for job reminders and customer communications.
  • Supabase: authentication and file storage.
  • Railway: hosting for our servers and database.
  • Intuit / QuickBooks: accounting sync, only when you connect your QuickBooks account.
  • Apple and Google push services (via Expo): push notification delivery.
  • Google Maps: mapping, geocoding, and routing features.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

5. Data Security

We protect your data using:

  • Encryption in transit (TLS) for all connections
  • Encryption at rest with our cloud storage providers
  • Role-based access controls inside the product
  • Regular security reviews

No system is 100% secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support@construktr.ai immediately.

6. Data Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active so the product works: your jobs, customers, estimates, invoices, timesheets, and photos stay available to you.

When you delete your account, your personal information is scrubbed and anonymized right away, and files stored with your account are queued for permanent deletion. Certain business records, such as invoices, payment records, and audit logs, are retained because tax, accounting, and other laws require it. Those retained records are disconnected from your personal information.

7. Deleting Your Account

You can delete your CONSTRUKTR account at any time:

  • In the app: open Settings, find the Danger Zone, tap Delete Account, and type DELETE to confirm.
  • By email: send a request to support@construktr.ai from the email address on your account.

When your account is deleted, your access ends immediately: every signed-in session is revoked, your sign-in identity is removed, and your personal information is scrubbed and anonymized. Files stored with your account are queued for permanent deletion. Records we are required to keep for legal, tax, and accounting purposes (invoices, payments, audit records) are retained without your personal information attached. 8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Correction: update inaccurate information in your account settings or by contacting us
  • Deletion: delete your account and personal data as described above
  • Opt out of marketing: unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time

Residents of California and certain other states have additional rights under their state privacy laws, including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to request its deletion. We honor these requests for all users regardless of state. Because we do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising, there is no sale or sharing to opt out of, and we will never discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

To exercise any of these rights, email support@construktr.ai. We respond within 30 days.

9. Children's Privacy

CONSTRUKTR is a business tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16, and you must be at least 18 to hold an account. If we learn that we have collected information from a child, we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
